the rooms were clean and cozy, with comfortable beds. the bathroom was spotless, and the shower had consistent water pressure. the complimentary breakfast served was delicious and had an extensive variety of options. We appreciated the breathtaking scenery and plenty of outdoor activities available, including hiking.
Although there weren't many negative points, the language barrier occasionally proved challenging while communicating with the staff, given their limited knowledge of English.

The hotel had a cozy atmosphere and was decorated beautifully for the Christmas season. The bonus of having both a restaurant and a bar on the premises was great. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Plus, the room was clean and comfortable.
While the Christmas decorations were lovely, the rest of the hotel was quite outdated. The heating system in the room was ancient and noisy, disturbing our sleep.

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. this was an incredibly clean and comfortable hotel that we would definitely recommend.
Nothing not to like.
